Using our outsourced typing service is easy and fast
  1. Dictate into your digital dictaphone, PDA, Blackberry, mobile phone or laptop.
  2. Save your voice files on the portable device or any internet-enabled device such as your computer.
  3. Attach your voice files to an email and send to Typesource.
  4. You will receive an email with your typed documents within a few hours. 
Recording Voice Files

Recording your voice files couldn't be easier. All you need is a device with voice-recording capability, such as a digital dictaphone.

Most mobile phones, PDAs and Blackberrys also have this functionality and, if your computer has a microphone, you can record direct to your hard disk. Most of these devices will save your recording as WAV files, but Typesource can process any sound format.

When you have recorded your document, save it as normal with a descriptive title such as 'Letter to Brian'. We suggest you save these documents in a specific place on your hard disk. Then when you are ready to upload the file, you will browse to the place where you saved it, just like attaching a file to an email.
