 How much does the service cost? Our standard charge is £1.00 per minute of recorded time or 15.5p per 65 keystrokes. Special rates are available for large volume clients. How soon are finished documents returned? Typed documents are returned within 24 hours however Typesource typically returns files the next morning, or even on the same day if voice files are received before 11am. Can I send and receive documents from anywhere in the world? Yes as long as you have access to the internet. Do I need extra equipment? You need a device with digital voice recording capability and access to the internet. Do you provide user support? Yes, we provide user support for any queries or problems you may have, and offer a dedicated UK helpline. Our average response time is 15 minutes for WIP queries and 24 hours for billing enquiries. What if I am not satisfied with the work returned to me? If any one file in any batch is not satisfactorily returned, simply email us with the words "REDO" in the subject line of your message and we will redo the entire batch as a matter of priority. Can I use the phone to dictate? Yes, we can set up a VOIP based system to allow dictation via a telephone. We can even set up a web page to allow dictation online. Typically, however, clients dictate using digital voice recorders and send files by email. What format files can I send? Any digital voice file format will do. What is your security policy?
